"Good Morning! I'm writing you today to inform you of the high-quality customer care provided to me by the folks in the Service Department at Autofair Ford. Over the past year, I've grown accustomed to receiving first-class service, especially from your Assistant Service Manager, Jason. He is always attentive and bends over backwards to ensure that my busy schedule is accommodated. He takes the time to explain the maintenance services being performed on my vehicle as well as the reasons those services are important. He also makes recommendations for future appointments, which is extremely helpful when trying to budget for my maintenance costs. I feel like he is genuinely concerned for my safety and strives to extend the life of my vehicle. "I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Pento with this service appointment. I inadvertently took my F-150 keys with me as I left the dealership with the F-150 still in the service drive thru. Even though Dave probably wanted to tear my head off, he never gave me the impression once that he was upet. He always had that Dave Pento smile on, sounds corny but that's what keeps customers coming back."

"I was in a bit of a bind. I had been unemployed for a while and just found a new job. But I needed a new car to get me back and forth to work. Imagine, I need a car to get to this new job, but I can't buy a car because I just got a new job. Well here is where AutoFair Ford stepped in and stepped up to the plate for me. They were able to get me financing on a new vehicle and get me behind the wheel of a reliable ride. I know what you are thinking, but No I did not get hit with a high interest rate or hammered with excessive fees and for that I am very happy with the Auto Fair Ford finance department."

"I went to AutoFair Ford last month looking for an affordable car for me and my family. I was very stressed when arriving there, but when I left I was very pleased thanks to Gustavo Malzoni. I didn't really know much about cars, and all of the safety features that Ford offers. Gustavo did a great job sharing his knowledge to me, and had a very positive attitude.
